Medium UK and Beyondis announce Technical Partnership Alliance
In a move designed to enable its Reseller Partners to maximise the opportunity offered by a market set to enjoy strong growth in 2009, AV distributor Medium UK has entered into a Technical Partnership Alliance with High Definition Video Conferencing distributor specialist, Beyondis.
The new Alliance acknowledges that successful High Definition Video Conferencing (HDVC) solutions call not only for highly specialised technology, but also highly specific experience and expertise. Medium UK Commercial Director, Paul O'Reilly, considers Beyondis to be uniquely placed to deliver the whole package: "Through Beyondis, our Reseller Partners now have direct access to an extensive range of HDVC solutions based on the-leading products of brands like LifeSize, Sony and Avistar –together with in-depth technical support at every step of the sales process."

Kenny believes the Video Conferencing market in the UK to be worth $200 million, growing by 25-30% in 2009 –a key driver of that growth, in his view, will be the education sector. Kenny is also confident that Medium UK's alliance with Beyondis will now put their Reseller Partners in a strong position to compete for much of that business.
During BETT, the world's largest show focused exclusively on educational technology, Medium UK is hosting a Partner Suite at the Hilton Olympia Hotel, just a few minutes stroll from Olympia. Journalists and Resellers are invited to visit the Partner Suiteto see their pick of the latest and most exciting display products developed for the education sector, and to meet key players from the Medium UK/Beyondis team.
