Whilst Medium make every effort to ensure you receive your goods in perfect condition on occasions you may take delivery of a faulty or defective item.
If you have a faulty product or wish to request a return for any other reason then please make the appropriate selections from the options below. You will be directed to the relevant support function that can most effectively deal with your issue.
Please note the majority of the products that we supply come with a service agreement direct with the vendor or an enhanced warranty offering with a specialist support company.
